"Colors weren’t what I expected"
The flowers showed up much lighter than they looked in the photos, which was a little disappointing. I was expecting richer colors, then boom, totally pale arrangement

"Replacement process was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The flowers arrived damaged, which was disappointing on its own, but the bigger issue was how long it took to sort out a replacement or refund. I’ve dealt with other flower delivery companies before, and usually they’re much quicker to make things right. Here, support kept taking forever to respond, and it felt like they weren’t that concerned about the problem.

"Flowers barely lasted a couple days"
I ordered flowers from wholeblossoms.com for a small family party, and when they showed up they looked decent enough. A few of them seemed a little tired right out of the box, but I figured I could still make them work and didn’t think too much of it.

The frustrating part was that they started drooping after about 2 days, even though I trimmed the stems and kept giving them fresh water. For what I paid, I expected them to hold up longer. Like, how is this okay? It wasn’t the worst order ever, but I was definitely disappointed...

"Should’ve Trusted My Gut on This One"
The flowers were okay, but for the price I paid, I expected them to look a lot nicer. A few stems seemed a bit tired, and some of the blooms were smaller than what was shown. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely felt overpriced for the quality. I had a feeling it might not be worth it, and I probably should’ve trusted my gut.

"Quick take: checkout was easy"
My first impression was that checkout was simple and straightforward. It did take a little longer to load than I expected, but overall it wasn’t a big deal.

"There were a lot of choices..."
There were a lot of choices, which was nice, but somehow they still didn’t have everything I needed?! Overall decent, just not quite perfect for me.

"Pretty flowers but some was bent"
The flowers was really fresh looking and the colors were pretty much like the pictures. A few of the stems came bent a little, but most of them opened up nice after a day. I would buy them again, just wish they packed it a bit better.

The flowers were decent, but the box was crushed on one side and a few stems ended up bent. For the price, I was expecting a little better quality and way better packaging

"Shipping cost was a little high"
The flowers were really nice and looked good, but the shipping fee was a bit more than I expected. I was happy with the order overall, I just wish the delivery cost was not so high.

"Stem count was "off""
The flowers looked okay overall, but I ordered 100 stems and only received 92. That was frustrating, especially since I was planning centerpieces and really needed the full amount. Not the best experience.

I ordered from wholeblossoms.com for a small event. The flowers did arrive on time, which I definitely appreciated. Some of them just needed a bit more time to open up, and a few looked kind of tired when they got here. We ended up trimming them, sorting through everything, and making it work. Overall, not a bad order, but it did take some extra time to get the flowers looking ready for the event.

"Not quite what I ordered"
I’ve ordered from this brand before and usually have a good experience, so I was a little torn writing this. The flowers did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but the colors weren’t exactly what I picked. I had chosen specific shades for an event, and a few of the ones I received were different. They still looked nice overall, but they didn’t match the plan I had in mind. I’ll probably give them another chance because I’ve liked them in the past, but this one was definitely a bit frustrating

"Bulk order felt way too unreliable"
I ordered bulk flowers from Whole Blossoms for a small event, and it ended up being more stressful than I expected. I kept refreshing the tracking because the updates were vague, and even little things like not knowing whether a box was sitting at a hub or actually on a truck made me nervous.
Some of the boxes showed up later than they were supposed to, which threw off the whole setup. We had buckets lined up, scissors ready, labels on the tables, all that, and then we still had to run out and buy backup flowers locally at the last minute. That pretty much defeated the purpose of ordering in bulk.

Customer service did respond, but it didn’t really undo the scrambling or the extra money we spent. Maybe I’d consider them for something casual where timing doesn’t matter much, but for a real event or a large order, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them again.

The bouquet was decent overall, and some of the flowers did look fresh when they arrived. But a few already looked kind of tired, which was disappointing. They make it sound like everything will be super fresh and lovely, but that promise feels vague when part of the arrangement shows up not looking its best.

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
A friend recommended this site to me, so I figured I’d try ordering from my phone, but it ended up being frustrating. The pages were loading really slowly, the filters kept resetting, and the cart felt kind of glitchy. I had to keep going back just to double-check things, and after a while I gave up before finishing my order.

"Flowers arrived late and I had to chase them"
I ordered flowers from Whole Blossoms for a Saturday morning setup, and they didn’t arrive until later in the afternoon. I spent way too much time checking the tracking and trying to get updates, so it felt like I had to chase them just to figure out what was going on.

To be fair, the flowers were mostly okay once they finally showed up, so I’m not saying the whole order was a disaster. But the delivery timing was the main thing I needed to count on, and that part really let me down.

If you’re ordering for something where the exact timing doesn’t matter much, it might be fine. But for an event or setup with a set schedule, I’d be hesitant to order from them again.
